I scream, U scream, We all Scream...
This is a home-made ice cream maker. Of course, it is an updated version of what I was used to seeing as a child. The one my family had was hand churned. It also took forever to make. Well I was a kid, so I could have been restless.
Well, this ice cream maker gives the same results with a mechanical churner, NICE! We followed a simple recipe of milk, condensed milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla extract and poured it in the ice filled tub with rock salt. It was done in 45 minutes.
Boy was it delicious, along with my chocolate cake with whip cream icing...
